USER AGREEMENT

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
YPDATAHUB offers a variety of online resources, including data bundle internet/mobile browsing, airtime/recharge cards, classified ads, forums, and various email services (collectively referred to as "the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). Additionally, when using specific YPDATABUB services, you agree to adhere to any applicable guidelines that may change periodically.
If you disagree with any term or condition of the TOU, any guidelines, or any changes made to them, or if you are dissatisfied with YPDATABUB in any way, your only option is to stop using YPDATABUB.
YPDATABUB reserves the right, but is not obligated, to enforce the TOU through various means such as self-help, community moderation, investigation, litigation, and prosecution.

2. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT
We may change, modify, or alter these terms and conditions at our discretion at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this agreement to stay informed of any updates.

3. CONDUCT
You agree not to:

  1. Create multiple accounts or violate any restrictions or limits placed on accounts, as this will result in termination and forfeiture of all funds in your account;
  2. Contact anyone who has requested not to be contacted, or make unsolicited contact for commercial purposes;
  3. Stalk or harass anyone;
  4. Collect personal data about other users for commercial or unlawful purposes;
  5. Use automated means such as spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or similar methods to download data from the Service, unless explicitly permitted by YPDATABUB;
  6. Post non-local or irrelevant content, repeatedly post the same or similar content, or otherwise impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
  7. Post the same item or service in more than one classified category or forum, or in more than one metropolitan area;
  8. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to YPDATABUB's computer systems or engage in activities that disrupt, diminish, interfere with, or impair the functionality of the Service or website;
  9. Use automated devices or computer programs that enable automated posting without manual entry by the author, including submitting postings in bulk or at regular intervals;
  10. Use automated devices or programs ("flagging tool") to use YPDATABUB's flagging system or community moderation systems without manual entry by the initiator, or use the flagging tool to remove posts of competitors or posts without a good faith belief that they violate these TOU;
    11. Additionally, you agree not to post, email, or make available content:
  11. That is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or harmful to minors;
  12. That is pornographic or depicts sexual conduct, including but not limited to sexual intercourse, bestiality, masturbation, sadistic or masochistic abuse, or exhibition of genitals or pubic area;
  13. That harasses, degrades, intimidates, or is hateful toward an individual or group based on religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
  14. That violates the Fair Housing Act by stating discriminatory preferences in housing ads based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or handicap;
  15. That violates equal employment opportunity laws by stating preferences or requirements based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or disability in job ads;
  16. That violates the Immigration and Nationality Act anti-discrimination provisions by requiring Nigeria citizenship or lawful permanent residency unless required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract;
  17. That impersonates any person or entity, including a YPDATABUB employee, or falsely states or misrepresents your affiliation (excluding lawful non-deceptive parody of public figures);
  18. That includes personal or identifying information about another person without explicit consent;
  19. That is false, deceptive, misleading, deceitful, misinformative, or constitutes "bait and switch";
  20. That infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights, or that you do not have a right to make available under law or contractual/fiduciary relationships;
  21. That constitutes or contains affiliate marketing, link referral code, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited commercial advertisement;
  22. That constitutes or contains advertising or solicitation in areas not designated for such purposes, or emailed to users who have not consented in writing to receive such communications;
  23. That includes links to commercial services or websites, except as permitted in "services";
  24. That advertises illegal services or the sale of prohibited/restricted items under applicable law;
  25. That contains software viruses or other harmful computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software/hardware or telecommunications equipment;
  26. That disrupts the normal flow of dialogue with excessive content (flooding attack) or otherwise negatively affects other users' ability to use the Service; or
  27. That employs misleading email addresses, forged headers, or manipulated identifiers to disguise the origin of content transmitted through the Service.

4. NO SPAM POLICY
You understand and agree that sending unsolicited email advertisements to YPDATABUB email addresses or through computer systems is expressly prohibited by these Terms. Unauthorized use of YPDATABUB computer systems is a violation of these Terms and federal and state laws, and may subject the sender and agents to civil and criminal penalties.
